Under The Gun

Synopsis: Meet ‘Goh Gun’, the ‘It’ Boy of Sunhwa High School, who is admired by his friends for his charming looks and impressive skills in Texas-style poker game, Holdem. However, when his younger sister Jun-hee falls ill with an incurable disease, his life takes an unexpected turn. With their father losing all their savings in gambling, Goh Gun takes the responsibility of saving his sister at any cost. In the midst of this crisis, ‘Cha Se-young’, a transfer student from the US, enters Goh Gun's life and falls for him. She spends most of her time at the Holdem pub where Goh Gun works and persuades him to join the Korean Poker League (KPL), which can be his chance to make money to save his sister. But with the memory of his failed hero and gambler father Jun-ha haunting him, Goh Gun struggles to decide whether to follow his heart and continue playing Holdem or take a different path to save his family. Will he be able to overcome this dilemma and emerge as a winner?
