Synopsis: This drama is about two people living in different worlds. Oh Yeon Joo is a cardiothoracic surgery resident who lives in the real world. Kang Chul is a co-representative of an e-commerce company, JN Global. He lives in a virtual world where a webtoon artist, Oh Seong Moo, created in his webtoon called “W”. The story begins as Yeon Joo gets dragged into the virtual world and saves Chul from dying. After the incident, the webtoon goes on as Yeon Joo continues to save Chul while Seong Moo tries to finish his work by killing him.
